Our prices are in Euro and include 21% VAT, shipping costs are excluded. When shipping outside of the EU, these prices are the same with no extra VAT.
INC accepts payment with MasterCard, Visa and American Express through Stripe and PayPal. We also accept direct bank payment. Please use the Direct Bank Payment Form on our website that can be found on our CONTACT US page in the footer.
Shipping costs may be added to your order. After INC receives your order, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation. After your order has been shipped you will receive an additional email with your track & trace information.
All credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) will be processed by Stripe.
Our prices are Recommended Retail Prices. During the sales period, as an independent retailer, discounts are at our discretion and we are not obliged to follow other retailers' discount policies.
+ DELIVERY SERVICE
Your order will be delivered by PostNL, www.postnl.nl. Delivery lead time starts at the moment that INC has received the customer’s payment. All orders are fulfilled within 1-4 working days after receiving your payment. We handle orders from Monday to Friday, not on weekends and not on Dutch national holidays. We strive to get your order to you as fast as possible, but do not guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day, because we are dependent on the postal service and are, after all, only human.
You may also have the option of picking up your order in our store- no delivery fee will apply. We will send you an email to let you know that your order is ready for pick up at the shop. In the case of SALE items purchased outside of the normal SALE period, it might take a bit longer, because these items are in storage and not readily accessible.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee whether you might have to pay import taxes. As the estimated delivery time for international orders can be 7 – 14 days before your package arrives, we cannot accept returns on International orders. Please be aware of this if you are ordering from countries that are not included in any of our other shipping regions. We also do not accept returns on OUTLET SALES. Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. All costs incurred from cancellations such as shipping costs and bank charges are at the customer’s cost. After INC receives your order, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation. This is not the notification that your order has been shipped. You will receive an additional email with your track & trace code once your order has been shipped.

+ TERMS APPLYING TO RETURNING GOODS
If an article does not meet your expectations you can return it within 14 days of delivery (this does not apply to orders shipped with International Shipping 1 or Outlet sales). We will give a full refund once the goods have been checked and approved, shipping costs excluded in the case of a partial return.
Shipping fees for Sale items will not be refunded with partial or full returns. If your order has applied for Free Shipping and Sale items are returned, the normal shipping fee will apply. This means that € 4,95 on Sale Items returned in The Netherlands will be deducted from your refund. For all other countries, your shipping costs on Sale Items will not be refunded.
Returned products must still have their original labels attached to them and must not have been worn or washed.
Please note that laundry products can't be returned or refunded.
Articles will not be accepted if:
Item has been worn or washed; Item does not have its original tags attached; Item has stains or other signs of having been worn; Item has been returned after 14 days
Please follow the return procedure as stated below, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. If return information is missing the handling of your return can be delayed. A return notification should be made within 14 days after you’ve received the article to: email@example.com and your return must be returned to us within 14 days after delivery.
We have a Return Form on our website. Please use this form to inform us of the reason you are returning any items from your delivery and include it with your returned item(s).
After 14 days INC will assume that the customer has accepted the order. Your return shipment should be delivered to our return address no later than 14 days within delivery. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number in case of loss by the postal service.
Please return the article, undamaged and not worn or washed, with all original labels attached and neatly packed.
Please print out the return form, fill in the necessary information and include it with your returned item(s). Articles cannot be exchanged, only refunded. If you would like another size than the one you have ordered, please place a new order for the required replacement article in our webstore.
Faulty items will be exchanged of the same product, in the same color, in the same size, subject to availability. Please notify us immediately if there is anything wrong with your delivery so that we can find a satisfactory solution.
After your e-mail is received and approved, you can return the goods to us by mail or if you are in the vicinity in person to our store at Herenstraat 17, 1015 BX Amsterdam.

Clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order number on the return form. All payments will be refunded through our payment provider Stripe or PayPal.
Send your return shipment to us with a tracking number to secure delivery. INC cannot be held responsible for returned articles lost or damaged during transport.
Once we’ve received and checked the returned articles you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a notice that we have refunded the money. We will refund as soon as possible after receiving your return, with a maximum of 30 days.

INC ensures that all of your personal information that you share with us will be kept private and will be dealt with the utmost care and security. INC will not give your personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the delivery of the order. When making an order, INC requires your name, invoice and delivery address and payment details so that an order can be processed. The payment details will only be used to conclude the payment process. Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information concerning the amount of visitors and visitor frequency to our website will be used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual visitor.
