TERMS APPLYING TO RETURNING GOODS
If you are not happy with any of your purchases, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (this does not apply to orders shipped with International Shipping 1 or Outlet Sale purchases). We will give a full refund once the goods have been checked and approved, shipping costs excluded on partial returns and all sale items.
Shipping fees for Sale items will not be refunded with partial or full returns. If your order has applied for Free Shipping and Sale items are returned, the normal shipping fee will apply. This means that € 4,95 on Sale Items returned in The Netherlands will be deducted from your refund. For all other countries, your shipping costs on Sale Items will not be refunded..
Please follow the return procedure as stated below, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return.
A return notification should be made within 14 days after you’ve received the article by using the return form below. The purchases you want to return must be returned to our shop within 14 days after you have received them. We recommend contacting your postal service to be sure how long it will take before your parcel reaches us so that it will be received within the 14 day period after delivery to you.
Please return the article(s), undamaged and not worn or washed, with all original labels attached and neatly packed. Articles cannot be exchanged, only refunded. If you would like another size than the one you have ordered, please place a new order for required replacement article in our webstore. Naturally, faulty items will be exchanged of the same product, in the same color, in the same size, subject to availability.
After your return request has been received and approved, you can return the goods to us by post or if you are in there vicinity in person to our store at Herenstraat 17, Amsterdam.
Please print the return form and send it together with the article(s) to:
Clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order number and return number on the return form. Payments will be refunded through Stripe or PayPal.
If return information is missing the handling of your return can be delayed.
We recommend sending your return shipment to us with a tracking number, to secure delivery. INC cannot be held responsible for returned articles lost or damaged during transport.
After 14 days INC will assume that the customer has accepted the order and you can no longer return your purchases.
Your return shipment should be delivered to our return address no later than 14 days within delivery. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number.
Once we’ve received and checked the returned articles you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with a notice that we have refunded your payment. We will refund as soon as possible after receiving your return, with a maximum of 30 days.
