+ How do I place an order?

Shopping at INC is easy:

Click on the links at the top of the menu to the category or subcategory you’re interested in. You can also shop directly from our Designer page by selecting the designer you’re looking for.

Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘CART’ link at the top of the page. The items in your cart are reserved for 30 minutes to allow you to complete your payment.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

+ Do I need to set up an account to order online?

You can shop at INC without creating an account.

However, register with us and your address and card details are saved so you can shop even quicker next time.

We can also keep you updated about new arrivals and sales.

+ Which payment methods can I use and is it safe to purchase online with my credit card?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe or PayPal.

If you would prefer to place an order by direct bank payment you can use the Direct Bank Payment Form on our website. The form is at the bottom of the website in the footer. Or if you prefer, you can call us at the shop at +31 20 625 4201 (from a mobile or internationally) during shop hours from Tuesday till Sunday.

+ How much does it cost to have my order shipped and how long will it take?

Here is our information about shipping costs and destinations:

Please be aware that if you are ordering SALE items it might take a bit longer to process your order. If you want to pick up SALE items in the shop, we will send you an email to let you know that your order is ready.

OUTLET SALE items are non-refundable and can't be returned.

All OUTLET SALES are final.

Shipping fees for Sale items will not be refunded with partial or full returns. If your order has applied for Free Shipping and Sale items are returned, the normal shipping fee will apply. This means that € 4,95 on Sale Items returned in The Netherlands will be deducted from your refund. For all other countries, your shipping costs on Sale Items will not be refunded.

Free shipping for orders exceding € 89,- and above

Estimated delivery 1-2 working days after your order has been processed.

Please be aware that it can take longer to deliver SALE items outside of the sale season as these goods are in storage.

Shipping fees on Sale Items will not be refunded. If your Sale order was shipped with Free Shipping and you return all or part of your Sale Order, €4,95 will be deducted from your refund.

Please Note: By selecting this shipping method, we can’t guarantee that your goods will arrive within 2 weeks. This means that it is not possible to return goods to our webshop. No returns or refunds are accepted on International orders. Any costs incurred by cancellation are at the customer’s risk.

+ Which countries does INC ship to?

We ship to all EU countries and worldwide, see shipping terms and costs.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee whether you might have to pay import taxes. As the estimated delivery time for international orders can be 7 – 14 days before your package arrives, we cannot accept returns on International orders. Please be aware of this if you are ordering from countries that are not included in any of our other shipping regions.

+ How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your track & trace number to track your package.

+ Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size (subject to availability) or edit your billing and shipping details.

If you need to make any changes, please email us at info@incfashionamsterdam.com as soon as possible or within 6hrs of placing your order.

You can also call us at the shop during shop hours at +31 20 625 4201 (from a mobile or internationally) for assistance. Please be aware that the shop is not open on Mondays, so if you need to change anything with your order, it’s best to send us an email.

+ How do I return items from my order?

Making a return is easy. You can notify us by sending us an email at info@incfashionamsterdam.com or using the RETURN FORM on our website.

You have 14 days within delivery to decide whether to keep your items or to return them to us. Please take into consideration that your return must be delivered to us within 14 days of delivery. If you live abroad, we advise you to consult your postal service how long it will take to return a parcel to us.

Please be aware that this does not apply to OUTLET SALE items. They are non-refundable and can't be returned. All OUTLET SALES are final.

International orders are also non-refundable and can't be returned.

Whatever you decide to return must be in the same condition it was sent to you, unwashed, unworn and with all tags attached.

When returning items the shipping fees from you to us are at your cost and will not be refunded by INC. We do advise you to send the items back with a track & trace in order to track your own shipment.

You also have to the option to bring items back to the shop, again within the 14 day return period. Please be aware that the shop is closed on Mondays!

+ Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will be issued to either your bank account (NL banks only) or to the original credit card you used to place your order.

Shipping costs are not refunded for partial returns on your order, only if the entire order is returned.

All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

International orders are also non-refundable and can't be returned.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or a month later on your credit card statement.

+ Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection very seriously and your information will not be shared with any third parties.

+ What do I do if I forget my password?

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
